1. Let it go : Never ruin a good day by thinking about your yesterday (the past) .
2. Ignore them : Dont listen to other people. Live a life that’s empowering to you.
3. Give it time : Time heals everything, in due time the flowers grow.
4. Do not compare : The only person you should try to be better than us who you were yesterday. Anything else is nonsense.
5. Remain calm : It’s okay not to have everything figured out. In time things flow.
6. It’s on you : Only you are in control of you E-motions = Energy motions, feelings < happiness!
7. Smile : Life is short . Enjoy it while you have time. One fun fact > laughter cancel out depression.
